Honestly the first bottle I bought a couple months ago seemed to be helping my sugar levels. I ran out and went without a couple weeks before I ordered two more bottles. Now since taking them my sugar levels have actually gone up instead of down. Don’t understand the reverse affect.

About all I can comment on is that it arrived in a timely manner and in good shape. I have not used it enough at this point to know their true efficacy. Capsuls have an aftertaste also.
