Delivery was timely. Efficacy of the product, I cannot fully determine. However, taking the product as suggested; my stomach felt a soothing effect, no pain, no indigestion. Regarding my rash, it may have help but I still have to use an ointment because the itching was still present. I believe that I needed more doses to determine how effective the product is.

In combination use with the skin cream and the Skin Rash Relief, the condition of my skin is improving. The dry spots on the skin disappeared and are disappearing. The itch and the red spots are calming down and going away. This is happening after taking one and about half of the bottles. Even my popping condition has been improving.
