My 13 yo daughter has been taking this for about a week now. (Alongside Psychosis Relief).
All these time I’ve been trying to tell her that in her condition exercise is important, even just simple simple exercise, to no avail, it was like talking to a wall. But now she HERSELF exercise, and asked me to do it with her!
