I initially took 1 capsule 2x daily for the first week. I didn’t have any problems. I then took 2 capsules in the morning. HUGE mistake. I was extremely agitated the rest of the day. I quit taking it.

Thank you for putting these products in the market BH solutions. My son’s mood and behavior had been all over the place since he turned 3. He is 10 now.
