We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re happy to accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging
- Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery date
- Proof of purchase required
How to Return
- Contact us to request a return and receive your Return Authorization.
- Clearly mark your return package with the order number.
- Ship the item(s) back to the return address we provide.
Refund Details
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- A $12 restocking/handling fee will be deducted from your refund on all domestic returns to cover original outbound shipping costs (this fee does not apply if the return is due to our error)
- Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3–5 business days), your refund will be processed
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is completed
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service — we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged on their way back to us
International Orders
- All the same rules apply
- Original shipping charges and any customs duties/taxes are non-refundable
- If your order was seized, destroyed, or returned by customs because of import restrictions, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund (please check your country’s regulations before ordering)
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Simply place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.
