Shipping Policy

Thank you for your order! We work hard to get your package to you quickly and safely.

Processing Time All orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) after we receive your order.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Free FedEx 2-Day Express on every order (does not include weekends or holidays)
  • P.O. Boxes and military addresses: shipped via USPS Priority Mail (typically 2–5 business days)
  • Tracking number emailed as soon as your order ships

International Shipping

  • Shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout
  • Delivery times vary by destination (usually 5–14 business days after leaving the U.S.)
  • You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees in your country
  • Some countries restrict or prohibit the import of herbal supplements. If your package is seized, destroyed, or returned by customs, we will follow our standard Refund Policy

Order Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. (Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate.)

Haven’t received your order?

  • Domestic: If you don’t have your package within 3 business days of receiving the shipping confirmation, contact us
  • International: Please allow up to 14 business days before contacting us
