Q Can I open the capsule for a child, or for someone who struggles to swallow?

A Yes, you can open it and empty the powder into a drink or into food. The one thing that matters is finishing all of it — the full dose is in that powder, so the whole drink needs to be drunk, or the whole portion of food eaten, otherwise only part of the dose is taken. Something with a bit of flavour, like juice, yoghurt or apple sauce, usually carries the taste best.
Q Can I take this with your other formulas, or with herbs from another brand?
