Can I take this with food, or on an empty stomach?

Either is fine. Our herbal capsules don't need food to be absorbed, so take them whenever it's easiest to remember. If you find any supplement sits heavily on an empty stomach, take it with a meal instead.

It's a capsule. All of our formulas come as capsules, which is the gentlest way to take whole herbs and the easiest on the stomach.

Can I open the capsule for a child, or for someone who struggles to swallow?
A
Yes, you can open it and empty the powder into a drink or into food. The one thing that matters is finishing all of it — the full dose is in that powder, so the whole drink needs to be drunk, or the whole portion of food eaten, otherwise only part of the dose is taken. Something with a bit of flavour, like juice, yoghurt or apple sauce, usually carries the taste best.

Can I take this with your other formulas, or with herbs from another brand?

Yes. Our formulas can be taken together, and alongside herbs from other brands. The one thing we suggest is spacing them about an hour apart rather than swallowing everything at once, so each one has room to absorb properly.
