Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re happy to accept returns under the conditions below.

Eligibility for Return

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Proof of purchase is required

Because our products are ingestible herbal supplements, we cannot accept opened or used items for return, for health and safety reasons. This lets us guarantee the quality and integrity of every product we sell.

How to Return

  1. Contact us to request a return and receive your Return Authorization.
  2. Clearly mark your return package with the order number.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to the return address we provide.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — the restocking fee and return shipping costs below do not apply in these cases.

Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • A $12 restocking/handling fee will be deducted from your refund on all domestic returns to cover original outbound shipping costs. This fee does not apply if the return is due to our error.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3–5 business days), your refund will be processed
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is completed
  • Please allow a few additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service — we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged on their way back to us

International Orders

  • All of the same rules apply
  • Original shipping charges and any customs duties or taxes are non-refundable
  • If your order is seized, destroyed, or returned by customs because of import restrictions, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund — please check your country’s regulations before ordering

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Simply place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.
